Bottled to 40 12oz bottles. This brew came out bad because of poor sanitization. I learned a valuable lesson about spending adequate time pre-bottling. :(

If you haven’t seen this audio plugin for Mac or Windows then download this now. It’s been around for a little while but it slipped under my radar. It has some of the sickest visuals I’ve ever seen and is totally customizable and tweekable. It even allows you to use an external audio source. There’s a free version that flashes a message on the screen every now and then but it’s only 10 bucks.

This beer was horrible when I tried it after about a week. I almost dumped it out but tried it again 2 weeks later and it was GREAT! Very strong roasted flavor with barely any after taste.

This is pretty cool. Yahoo Maps has WiFi spots listed on their maps. I’m not really sure where they’re getting their info but it’s a start.
