The TSA has announced a change in their ID policy. Before, someone could cite their constitutional right to fly without ID and be subject to a more extensive pat down (which to me is bullshit and also unconstitutional). Now, not so much.

To clarify: Passengers who refuse to show ID, citing a constitutional right to fly without ID will be refused passage beyond the checkpoints. Passengers who lie and claim to have left their ID at home, will be searched, and then permitted to board their flights.

cbs5.com – Pentagon Confirms It Sought To Build A ‘Gay Bomb’

“The Ohio Air Force lab proposed that a bomb be developed that contained a chemical that would cause enemy soliders to become gay, and to have their units break down because all their soldiers became irresistably attractive to one another,” Hammond said after reviwing the documents.

Regarding the VA Tech shootings:

FOXNews.com – Did the Devil Make Him Do It?

Dr. Richard Roberts, president of Oral Roberts University, shouts an unequivocal “Yes!”

“Based on what I’ve seen in the news,” Roberts said in an interview, “there’s no doubt that this act was Satanic in origin.”

That’s great. Way to take a terrible tragedy and sum it up with fairy tale logic.

As Dawkins put it:

“Faith is the great cop-out, the great excuse to evade the need to think and evaluate evidence.
Faith is belief in spite of, even perhaps because of, the lack of evidence.”

Fox News disgusts me and it’s no wonder our country is in the state it’s in when over half it watches this shit.

Sigh….Where do I even begin. How about here:

According to Jarvis, the student, who remains anonymous, was just doing his assignment, illustrating the right to dissent. But over at the Kitty Hawk Wal-Mart, where the student took his film to be developed, this right is evidently suspect.

An employee in that Wal-Mart photo department called the Kitty Hawk police on the student. And the Kitty Hawk police turned the matter over to the Secret Service. On Tuesday, September 20, the Secret Service came to Currituck High.

The student put a tack through a picture of W and took a picture of it. Then Wal-Mart saw the picture when developing it and called the police. Wow.

Here’s a perfect example of why I can’t stand Windows. I’ve been sick for the past week so I’ve spent some time giving my PC an overhaul. Anyways, I got to a point where one of my hard drives is full; I’m using it for dvd storage so it’s supposed to be full. Anyone who’s ever used Windows knows that it likes to nag you and man does it loooove to nag when a drive is full.

To make a long story short I googled how to disable it and would you believe you can’t disable it without a fucking registry hack!!! C’mon!! Well, here’s the link to instructions on disabling it. Fuck Bill Gates…oh and fuck Bill O’Reilly too!

Holy shit! I thought I had too much time on my hands.

With the exception of the wire strings, this instrument is entirely constructed out of LEGO parts–the keyboard, jacks, jack rack, jack rail, plectra, soundboard, bridge, hitch pins, tuning pins, wrestplank, nut, case, legs, lid, lid stick, and music stand are all built out of interlocking ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) plastic bricks and related pieces.

    …estimated 100,000 LEGO piece count.

Part of this column talks about a National Drug Control Policy ad:

“Quite a few people think that smoking pot is less likely to cause cancer than a regular cigarette.  You may even have heard some parents say they’d rather their kid smoked a little pot than get hooked on cigarettes.  Wrong, and wrong again .  .  .  One joint can deliver four times as much cancer-causing tar as one cigarette.”

Something is very, very wrong when a cartoon like Spongebob Squarepants is criticized for encouraging tolerance and diversity. I’m really at a loss on this one. I mean the title of this article is “Christians issue gay warning on SpongeBob video.” It doesn’t get any more ridiculous sounding than that. I love this line:

“SpongeBob, who lives in a pineapple under the sea, was ‘outed’ by the U.S. media in 2002…”

lol, he lives in a pineapple under the sea in case anyone was wondering! Frickin awesome!

Matt Stone is apparently vowing to never do another movie with Trey Parker. From the article it’s not apparent if they will continue to work on South Park together. This totally bums me out.

‘”It was the worst time of my entire life – I never want to see a puppet again,” Stone told The Sun Online. “It ruined all the serious relationships in my life. You just become a different person, get completely stressed out and don’t pay attention to anything else.’

I got this from the SkyMall catalog on my flight home last weekend. This is one of the funniest products I’ve ever seen. This thing claims to age wine or liquor ten years in ten seconds. There’s some pretty advanced technology behind it too.

    Product Description (dig this shit):

“The Earth’s magnetic field aligns liquid particles much like tiny compass needles. This alignment is destoyed during the manufacturing process. Traditional slow aging realigns the particles, but is an expensive, time consuming process. Vintage Express uses sixteen Neodymium magnets to accelerate the natural aging process by exposing beverages to a powerful replication of the Earth’s magnetic field. It “opens” the flavor of a bottle of wine in only five minutes, and dramatically improves the flavor of Scotch, Whiskey, Bourbon, Tequila, Vodka or any liquor in as little as ten seconds! The longer the beverage remains in the Vintage Express, the greater the effect.”

Say WHAT? Yea we can’t have anyone questioning the president. I mean what sense does that make? He knows what’s best for the country and couldn’t possibly have other motives right? Riiiight.

Well, guess what John, take your $2000 curtain, your ridiculous songs, and your war against porn (yes I’m serious) and go home.
